What you need -
- Card Topper.
- Sequins for along the bottom and a pearl pen for the middle dot.
- Happy Birthday To You (STAMP) and a gold pen to write over it.
- Pearl Pens to do a design on, like my flower in the top left hand corner.
- Glass Effect Gel for any dots - end of my stamp - fullstop.
