All you need is:-
"Card template
"Backing paper
"Congratulations sign
"Picture for the middle- I have made it so the picture builds up- 3 pics getting smaller each time.
"Pearl pen for small dots or decor.
Tutorial:
Glue the backing paper onto the card template and put pearl pen dots around the edge where there's space.
Glue the sign onto the card where you like and glue the picture or use glue dot squares onto the pics to build them up.
