What you need-
" owl background
" white paper with white glitter glued on
" owl picture and line
" small boarder for across the card
" little owl picture
" pearl pen
Tutorial:-
1. Glue the owl background paper onto the card and cut the white paper out into the shape you like.
2. Glue the white paper onto the card in the place you like the glue the owl picture and line onto the white paper (for effect and design.)
3. Glue the border line of owls across the card in the place you like.
4. Finally, glue the owl picture onto the card and use the pearl pen to make a boarder around the circle owl picture.
